Here is our humble city of Rome. Notice that nearby the city is silk, a luxury good that will help keep our citizens happy and can be lucrative in trade negotiations. Also note that the city does not yet have borders. Because borders are now a function of culture, we will need to build city improvements that improve our culture to expand our borders.
